Try to locate - sometimes it is easier to see when the foot is inverted upside-down. Try to avoid cutting it. In a 45 degree angle, trim nail using steady and strong pressure. To remove rough edges, use a nail file. It is recommended to trim your dog's nails every 4-6 weeks.
