Can I sell the items I ordered on Amazon, eBay, etc.?

No, we do not allow third parties to sell our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. because we have guidelines with our licensing contracts. Please do not buy our products with that intent and then ask to return the product when Amazon does not allow you to sell.

Why do I not see CHI pet products on the website?

Currently CHI for pets is exclusive to PetSmart and Chewy.com. BioSilk is a similar salon brand we offer that is competitive with CHI!

How long will it take for my order to leave your warehouse?

Your order will leave our warehouse in 3-7 business days.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use FedEx Ground to ship most orders. Heads up, FedEx charges more to ship orders to residential addresses. On occasion, we use small LTL freight companies such as EDI Express, Hercules Freight, etc. to ship larger orders. 

How long should it take for my order to arrive once it is shipped?

We ship via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Sayreville, New Jersey. It can take 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Some seasonal items ship from Chino, CA.

How can I make a change to my order?

Email orders@fetch4pets.com and we will figure out the best way to change your order based on where we are in the fulfillment process.

If my order has sales tax and I have a resale certificate, what should I do?

Reach out to orders@fetch4pets.com, let them know the situation, and they will update your profile to be tax exempt going forward. If you submit an order with sales tax included, the taxes cannot be refunded. You either have to cancel the order & reorder or pay the taxes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns if the product is damaged or past expiration date.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?
